Controling
We know from our own experience how it is to build abroad, and not to know what is going on….the craftsmen are really on site….the tiles they have chosen are really the ones…were the walls really sealed before the filling…are the walls even!! Have the construction workers really understood us ? That and much more worry the builder-owner, if he is not himself locally and/or he does not know correctly ….
In the course of the years, in which we work now on Mallorca, only a small group of all the assigned companies has crystallized out, which really understands their handicraft. Craftsmen who know what they are talking about and what it means to work punctually and properly.
